These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of artworks and art prints from Ekaterina Shchukina, operating under the name Katya Schukina. By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Products All artworks and prints are created by the artist. Due to the nature of art, colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings.
Orders and Payment All prices are listed in the applicable currency. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.
Shipping Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be communicated before completion of purchase.
Returns and Refunds Original artworks are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges for prints are accepted only in case of damage during shipping. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
Intellectual Property All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
