Refund and Returns Policy
This policy is an integral part of the Public Offer and Terms of Sale. Please read it carefully.
1. General Principle
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, due to the specific nature of our products, we adhere to a strict returns policy to protect the artist's work.
2. Original Artworks (Non-Returnable)
All sales of original, one-of-a-kind artworks are final. Due to their unique value, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item arrives with damage not caused by the customer (see point 4).
3. Art Prints (Return for Damage/Error)
We accept returns or replacements for art prints only under the following conditions:
The print arrived damaged (tears, severe bends, water damage) or is fundamentally not as described.
The damage/error is reported to us via email within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Clear, detailed photographic evidence of the damage/issue is provided.
4. Refund Process
Contact us at schukinaart@gmail.com with your order number and evidence.
We will review your request and may request additional information.
Upon approval, we will instruct you on the return of the damaged item (if applicable).
Once the return is confirmed or the issue is validated, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The refund is processed on our end within 14 business days of approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-10 additional business days).
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or carrier-confirmed damage in transit.
Any customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer are not refundable by us.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Any request outside this policy will be reviewed individually and at our sole discretion. Please contact us to discuss.
