Shipping Information

1. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Origin and Packaging
All items are carefully packaged in protective materials (cardboard tubes for prints, reinforced packaging for originals) and shipped from our studio in Georgia.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the destination, package weight/dimensions, and selected service level (e.g., Standard Postal, Express Courier).

The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly displayed and must be confirmed by you before completing the purchase.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. Delays can occur due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly by the recipient to the delivery carrier or customs authority upon arrival.

Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

5. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for most shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and be available to receive the parcel.

Failed Delivery/Returns: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you. Reshipping will be at the customer's additional expense.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments: If tracking shows no movement for an excessively long period (e.g., 30 days for standard shipping), contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
