SHIPPING INFORMARION

1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (when available).
Each artwork is packed with special care to ensure safe international delivery.

2. Shipping Origin & Packaging
All items are shipped from our studio in Georgia.
Art prints are carefully rolled and packed in durable protective cardboard tubes. Original artworks are shipped in reinforced packaging suitable for international transport.
Packaging is selected individually depending on the size and type of artwork.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Costs
Shipping is available worldwide.
Shipping cost depends on destination, parcel size, weight, and selected shipping method. Because artworks vary in size, the final shipping price is confirmed individually before the order is completed.
Below are approximate shipping rates for standard print orders (up to ~1 kg, rolled in a tube).

Estimated shipping rates

• Europe EMS Postal Service — approx. $10, delivery time 10–15 business days DHL Express — approx. $40, delivery time 2–4 business days
• United States EMS Postal Service — approx. $20, delivery time up to 20 business days DHL Express — approx. $100, delivery time 3–5 business days
• Other countries Shipping rates for other destinations are calculated individually. You may contact us in advance or proceed to checkout to receive the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Please note: Shipping prices above are estimates for standard-sized prints. Large prints, original paintings, or oversized packages may require a different shipping rate.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

4. International Orders & Customs
We ship worldwide.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

5. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Tracking information is provided for most shipments.
The buyer is responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that the delivery can be received.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, we will contact the carrier and assist in resolving the situation. If the carrier confirms the loss, a replacement or refund will be issued.
