All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for original pieces.
Art Prints Returns or replacements for art prints are accepted only if the item arrives damaged. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported by photographs of the damage.
Exceptional Cases In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on an individual basis. Please contact us at schukinaart@gmail.com to discuss your situation. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as damaged during transit.
